What You Need to Know:

• KHEPAY online payments will no longer be available after 3:00 pm (ET) on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Online payments will be available again on the new ARCServicing.com on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
• ARCServicing.com will still be the website address to access your account information and self-serve.
  • Initially, you will be required to setup a new login ID and password.
  • On or after April 1, 2026, go to ARCServicing.com and click on 'Sign Up'.

• Account numbers will have an added zero at the end and comakers will no longer have a separate account number unless they have their own loans.
• Use this new account number beginning on April 1, 2026 to make payments and access the automated phone system.
  • Auto-Debit (formerly EFT): If you're enrolled in EFT and payments are deducted monthly, no action is needed. If payments are not deducted monthly, please watch for additional communication from us.
  • Future Auto-Debit Payments: Auto-debits will continue each month your loans are in active repayment, even if payments are past due or paid ahead. You may request a higher auto-debit amount to pay off your loan faster.
• The status of deferment, forbearance, and repayment plan changes will now be displayed on ARCServicing.com.
• Correspondence will have a new look and contain the same information.
  • EPIC Users will continue to receive paperless communications.
